- Use the skip link to reach the main content with a keyboard.
- Text and layouts are designed to adapt to smaller screens and enlarged text.
- Links and controls have visible focus; information does not rely on color alone.
- Informative images include alternative text, and decorative images are excluded from the reading order.
- The site supports reduced motion when that preference is enabled on your device.
Family tools and printing
The planning tools use labeled controls and can be operated with a keyboard. Worksheets and the phone replacement checklist include a print option.
If a tool or printed page is difficult to use, contact us with the page address and the format that would help you.
Testing and limitations
Our working target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Checks have covered keyboard navigation, visible focus, text contrast, narrow screens, enlarged text and printed worksheets.
Independent accessibility certification, comprehensive screen-reader testing and testing with people with disabilities have not been completed. These checks are not a claim of complete WCAG conformance. Individual browser and assistive-technology combinations may still present barriers.
